Yes. Our software accepts raw vector DXF, DWG, AI, and STEP files directly. Our engineering team performs DFM checks to ensure delicate pattern bridges retain structural integrity and will not warp during cutting or powder coating.
How do you prevent surface scratches on mirror-polished stainless steel and decorative brass?
All mirror-polished and brushed sheets are processed with heavy-duty protective PE laser films. We cut using low-pressure nitrogen assist and form on our 200-ton CNC press brake using non-marking urethane die covers, preserving immaculate surface finishes.
What is the maximum sheet size you can laser cut for privacy screens and cladding?
Our high-speed fiber laser features a full 5 ft by 10 ft (1524 mm × 3048 mm) shuttle table, allowing us to cut full-size architectural sheets in a single continuous setup without repositioning seams.
